Changing or Cancelling You Order

At the moment returns are available only within UAE. For any returns outside UAE, please send us an email at

All returns must be made in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Make sure you notify us about the return maximum within 14 days of delivery.

Returning Items on Sale

If an item being returned was purchased at a discounted price or sale, item needs to be returned within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Return Shipping Charges

Any items which are eligible for a refund will have an AED 25/shipping fee applicable.

Incorrect/Damaged Item

If you have received an item different from the one you ordered, or an item which is damaged. Simply contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving the order. To do so please send us an email with your order number and with image(s) clearing showing the defect or incorrect item at


For Returns: Once an item has been received and inspected by our team and cleared, refunds are processed immediately and will show in your account within 15 working days.
